Ce genre de moulage interne de coquille fait aussi partie des fossiles bien que la coquilles ait disparue. Il ne reste plus que le vide qui pèse beaucoup plus que la coquille si elle était là. D' après la petite étiquette l' accompagnant il vient de Toscane (Italie), du tertiaire et de la ville de Sienne réunis!!!! D'où sa couleur terreuse (LOL)!!!! Mais impossible de donner un nom à ce Strombus si c' en est un!! Taille: 56 x 41 mm.
This kind of internal mold of shell does also part of fossil that shells/test have disappeared. There remains only the vacuum that weighs much more than the shell if it was there. According on the small label accompanying it he comes from Tuscany (Italy), tertiary and Siena town combined!!So its earthy color (LOL)!! But impossible to give a name to this Strombus if it's it! Size: 56 x 41 mm.
